Remember when I entered the Vince Camuto Footwear Step Up and Style contest? Well I didn't win but I was a runner-up and was sent a generous gift card from the kind folks at Vince Camuto. I put it towards these gorgeous Flavian boots I had had my eye on for a long time. (And by 'long time' I mean about 3 months!) They were totally worth the wait! The purse is from Top Shop, my very first purchase from the British retailer on my first visit to the store when I went to Vegas last month. I'm quite smitten with it ; ).

I hope you all had a great weekend! My weekend was pretty relaxed. I think D. and I watched about 15 episodes of Nip/Tuck on Netflix in the past 3 days. I can't tell you how obsessed I am with this show! And Sean McNamara. He's quite dreamy, I must say.

(I usually don't post this many pics of one outfit but Harvey did such a good job with the photos that I just had to! He found this abandoned television set in the middle of nowhere. It's probably still there.)

How was your weekend? We had a long weekend here in Canada and I spent most of it at my family's cabin at the lake. It was so relaxing and we spent a few hours cruising on my Aunt's pontoon boat, basking in the sunshine. D. caught two fish but the animal-lover in me convinced him to release them ; ).
