Photography by Moi

dress and hat - Le Chateau   shoes - Aldo

I purchased my Nikon D3000 almost a year and a half ago and I'm sad to say that up until a few months ago I didn't really know how to use it beyond the automatic setting. I was a little intimidated by my camera you could say! Okay, a lot. But recently my photographer friend  and mentor Jamie Tweedy of Tweedy Studios has been graciously teaching me how to create better pictures with my DSLR by letting me tag along with him on photo-shoots, ask him a zillion questions and snap away beside him. I'm obviously a beginner, I have a loooong way to go and so much to learn but I wanted to share with you some pictures I took a couple of Sundays ago as a starting point. Below are the photos Jamie took at the same shoot which are obviously way better than mine! I only hope that one day I'll be able to capture beautiful pictures like him.

Don't you think our model Christine Robinson looks like singer Christina Perri?? I do!
