I realize in that last pic my it looks like I was electrocuted by the fence behind me, hence the frizzled hair sticking out of my head but I assure you I am fine, I just forgot to use hairspray that day. The coat I am wearing is one of my favorites from my closet. I got it from H & M about two years ago and I wear it all year round except in -30 degree weather of course, when nothing but a down-filled parka or a coyote hide is suitable. Just kidding about the coyote hide, I'm a Vegetarian remember?
How was your weekend? Mine was okay but MAN I've been having some bad luck recently. In the span of one week I got a flat tire, broke my laptop again after an hour after I picked it up from the repair shop (can you believe it??) and on Sunday, while ice skating with D. I fell on my butt into a half-split and threw my hip out of alignment so now I'm walking around like an old granny with a bad back. Thank goodness my best friend is a physio therapist and is helping me out! I guess things can only go up from here. After I have my 2.5 hours gum surgery this afternoon, my luck will change, right?? It has to!
I'm sorry things have been so unlucky for you lately - but I'm sure it will turn around soon...you're right, it has to!

I love the jacket too - my friend has a similar one from Old Navy and I can't stop ogling it. I'll need to get one eventually. Also, I've been debating those boots for months now. Hmm.

oh marie hope this terrible luck of yours is in the past now and that your gum surgery went well! Sucks about the laptop, I got my new iphone saturday and already sunday I had dropped it, scratched and dented it...yeah sucks but its still alive!

ReplyDeleteHahaha oh no love, well you know what, things CAN only go up. All my bad luck seems to happen in big waves like that as well, and the good news is that it can't possibly last. The jacket is awesome - we are actually getting a similar one in our boutique, but with some faux fur on the hood!
