Thrifty Hippy Chic

Those of you who have been reading my blog for awhile know that I love me some bargains! When I see the word "sale" my heart starts palpitating, my eyes start bulging out of my head and I break into a cold sweat. It comes as no surprise that I love shopping and I love the satisfaction I feel when I get a great deal on something, anything - it can be clothes, shoes, gas, movie tickets, milk, bagels, whatever, I feel a great sense of achievement when I know I've saved money because that means I can buy more. Unless you have a disposable income and/or your last name is Shriver I'm sure a lot of you feel the same way? I am proud to say everything I'm wearing in this outfit post (minus the accessories) I got on sale for more than 50% off! And that makes me one happy lady ; ). I had never shopped at Free People before but have always admired their clothes so when I came upon the store in Scottsdale on vacation I let out a little yelp and headed straight towards this beautiful white blouse. It was game over when I saw it was marked down from $109 to $52.00.

    Oh God. I so know what you mean. I get excited when I manage to hunt ANY bargain. Even if it's £1 off. Exactly how you says: leaves more cash to spend for pretty things! :) X

    i am THE best bargin shopper i think - i 99.99999% NEVER pay retail - and even when i get things on-sale and they go LOWER i wanna DIE b/c someone got a better deal then me!

    retail $$$ is for dummies! haha

    I like Free People, too! But their prices are quite steep, so 50% off is definitely an amazing deal. Love the boho vibe from the outfit. You look so fyyyyyyne! :)
