This weekend I was thrilled to be featured in The Edmonton Journal's Style section alongside some other fabulous local fashion bloggers. My picture was included in the paper - that's me on the right in that teeny tiny pic above - but not online for some reason.
Anyways, I hope you're all having a good week! It snowed on Monday and on that same day I caught a nasty cold so the past couple of nights I've been lounging around on the couch wrapped in a blanket sipping copious amounts of orange passion fruit tea and watching the third season of 'Californication' with D. Anyone have any good remedies to help ease a sore throat? And where's the best place to buy a Snuggie?

That is so major, Marie! Congrats on your feature. I too have been sick with a cold all week long. It's soo annoying. I hope you get to feeling better soon!

As far as a sore throat remedy, gargling with salt water usually works (but tastes nasty). Also, Strepsil throat lozenges are the only ones I have found that actually work. Get well soon!

Congrats again on the feature - it's very well-deserved! And now onto the embarrassment that is admitting I own a leopard print Snuggie that I acquired online via Amazon and now drape myself in most evenings to snuggle up on the couch and watch tv with my helpmeet. Who am I kidding? I love my Snuggie.
