I'm sorry I took a little hiatus from the blog! I have a good excuse for not posting though, I was on my honeymoon in beautiful Cabo San Lucas, Mexico ; ). It was a very late honeymoon (we got married last September) but better late than never! We decided to go to Cabo because we heard it was absolutely beautiful there and we'd never been before. I wanted the weather to be perfect and it didn't disappoint - there was no rain and we enjoyed clear blue skies and the hot sun every day. It was also a short flight to get there (less than 5 hours)! I took a ton of pictures and wanted to share some with you guys!
Paradise! We stayed at the Riu Palace, an all-inclusive resort. This was our view from our balcony. Every morning I'd get up and open the curtains and would sigh and smile at what was in front of me. Wish I could wake up to this view every morning!
Beautiful, isn't it?
The hubby taking it all in ; )
Unfortunately we were not allowed to swim in the ocean because the tide was too strong and dangerous but we were able to at least put our feet in the water (and leap across the sand!)
We went downtown and walked around and visited the smallest bar in the world! And it was TINY!
Booooooze
The walls were covered in American money

We went on a boat ride and saw the famous arch of Cabo San Lucas. I also tried snorkeling for the first time. I have had a fear of fish and large open bodies of water since I was a little girl so this was a big deal for me! I screamed like a baby at first when the fish were all swimming around me but calmed down once I realized they were not going to touch me or chew on my toes and try and kill me.
This sea lion was WERKING it! This is how everyone should sunbathe don't you think? ; )
All in all, we had a wonderful time in Cabo, sleeping in every day, eating a LOT (the food at our hotel was AMAZING, we couldn't believe the selection at the buffet) and hanging out at the pool. It was exactly what we needed and wanted for our honeymoon : ).
I hope you're all having a great summer so far!
