This is the jacket I got from Zara Canada online, also seen here. It's kind of military-chic-meets-biker chick, don't you think? Speaking of bikers, D. announced that he's getting a motorcycle in the near future which I'm not really happy about, to be honest. (Boys and their toys!) It's because I don't have a great track record with motorcycles. They're dangerous!! I actually fell off of a little dirt bike, landed on the road and broke my arm driving one when I was thirteen. I literally had to be peeled off the road and taken to the hospital. It was my fault, I was distracted by cute boys and I was driving it around the bend near our cabin and almost ran into a tree, instead of putting on the brake I put the gas on - all the way- and then the brake right after. I literally flew off. I ended up in a sling for 9 weeks! NINE WEEKS! It was torture. Hopefully D. will be much safer than I was. And if I have enough guts to get on his motorcycle with him, I'll be wearing this jacket, a helmet and a body pad ; ).

Such a cute jacket - I love the zipper detailing. I just recently started to learn and drive and even that freaks me out to an insane degree so I can't imagine being on a motorcycle...

ReplyDeleteYou look terrific. And motorcycles don't have to be dangerous -- it's all in how you ride them. I ride one every day and never have a problem. Make sure D. gets plenty of training; skill = safety.

ReplyDeleteI love bikes but have notice myself feeling a little more cautious lately, I still enjoy them but know I 'feel' the danger as opposed to some years ago when I would ride up and down with no fear..... I am aging:)
