New Vintage

I'm loving my new vintage coat from Shoppalu and I was able to wear it for the first time yesterday when the cold weather let up. I was also able to put my big snow boots aside and slip into my Doc Martens booties without slipping on sheer ice! Gotta love living in Canada, eh? My purse is also vintage, I picked it up at a huge clothing swap a couple of years ago. I'm a big fan of "older," used, gently-worn clothing. I like wearing pieces that have a history, clothing that has lived, you know? And I always wonder who the owner was and what that person was like! And I pray that they're still alive ; ).

I hope you all had a great weekend! Mine was spent mostly on my couch with a blanket, pretzels and Kitty watching the first two seasons of Nip/Tuck on Netflix. I'm slightly addicted.
