When I was on vacation in Phoenix last week I fell in love with this ADORABLE maltipoo. As soon as I heard our neighbors had 5 five-week-old pups in their home I was knocking on their door like a Jehovah's Witness to ask if I could see them. I had a connection right away with the runt of the litter (pictured above) and the owners were nice enough to let me take him to the house we were staying at for a few hours so we could spend some quality time together ; ). Pup and I cuddled and I fell more in love with this cuter-than-cute fur ball when he snuggled up right into my neck and fell asleep! Sigh. When I heard the neighbors were traveling to Canada for a visit this month (and could bring a puppy with them, hint hint) my wheels started turning and I tried to convince D. we really needed a puppy.
He was not convinced. How could he say no to a face like this??
Anyways, since I couldn't buy the pooch I went shopping for accessories instead! Here are a couple of my favorite purchases I picked up when I was in the states:

When I saw these cute heels in my size on the clearance rack (the last pair!) at Target for $14.99, I giddily snapped them up!
$14.99!! They're not as cute as the puppy but they will have to do ; ). I bought a lot more clothes and makeup, etc. that I'll be posting about next week. To see the rest of my pics from my trip that I posted a couple of days ago you can click
