Italian Designer Alberto Guardiani has designed a pump that includes two things I absolutely love: shoes and lipstick. I could totally see Lady Gaga wearing these but I would have major trouble walking in them. And forking out $400.00 to buy them! What do you think? Would you wear them?
My Life:
So earlier this week I posted about all the snow and freezing cold weather we've been having. Well on Wednesday, on my lunch break, I was driving and got a flat tire. I had been driving on it for about three minutes before I realized it. The bad news is that it was about -32 C with the wind chill and I GOT A FLAT TIRE. It was totally destroyed, I was burning rubber and thought for sure I damaged the rim. The good news is that it happened one block away from where I get my tires from so I drove there (let me tell you it was a very bumpy ride) and the guys put on a new tire for me in thirty minutes! And my rim was fine. I felt extremely lucky.
I wanted to share this photo with you. We have a fireplace (which we've been using every night this week) and Kitty loves to lay in front of it in her basket and sleep. I thought it was so cute I just had to post it. Do I post too many pics of my cat? Am I turning into a crazy cat lady? I hope not! Let me know in the comments ; )

ReplyDeleteHaha you're not a craZy cat lady I find it so adorable you love your pet the way I do. I also admire your optimism even in dire scenarios other people wouldve been cursing over a flat tire. And gosh those shoes are unique. I think I find it cute:-)
ReplyDeletemy Sister -in-law had (car was totalled in accident) run flat tires - they are $$$ but WELL worth it (especially if u have kids) - u can drive on those babies for days :o) haha
ReplyDeleteyup i got a waterbed - i can't sleep on "normal" beds - when i say i like SOFT and SINK in the bed - i mean it - water bed + feather beds = perfection :o)

That sucks about the flat tire - glad to hear everything worked out alright though. And I always love seeing an adorable cat photo so I definitely don't think you post too many (my cats would love to be able to curl up in front of a fire place, if they only knew what they were missing).

My kitty likes to sleep directly on top of the heating vent in the floor. It must get so hot, I don't know how he does it!
Too bad about your tire....but, like you said, you're lucky it wasn't worse.

Whenever I see a sleeping cat it gives me such a calm cozy feeling. It puts me to sleep =) And paired with the fireplace, it makes me just want to be home in comfy pjs sleeping in my bed =)

dude, i love shoes and lipstick, but i think i'd have to pass on the shoes... and no worries about the cat pictures... last time i checked i had over 1,300 pictures of my dogs on my computer... that's crazy :)
